“Andrew, I worked with Judy at MattressHotline.  They have the same beds as everyone else and you won’t find lower prices for S&F beds.  I did a lot of research on this (went to every online shop and went offline as well).  The difference between these guys and other mattress resellers is the level of customer support and flexibility they provide (they were proactive with the problem with my order, which is almost unheard of these days).  I have actually only experienced this level of customer services at Dell.  If you are going to buy a bed, and they offer it, you should but it from Mattresshotline.  I found that going to Macy’s to test beds and then buying via Mattresshotline was a good approach.   I am cc’ing Judy from Mattresshotline because she should hear this.  I think I get a referral fee if you buy from these guys, but I’m really not interested in it.  I am willing to lost $50.00 to be part of their fan club.”
